If you are currently in Japan and your current visa is expiring, we will support you until you have successfully changed to a working visa. You will be introduced with hundreds of jobs opportunities across Japan that require little to no Japanese language skills and all of the jobs will come with visa sponsorship. Some companies will allow you to have an online interview if you cannot attend in person. We also provide a special training courses and interview translation service. If you are living outside of Japan, we will set up an online interview and apply for the certificate of eligibility (CoE).

Our Services

Registration: Please contact us via registration form or call our company. We are also accepting application from Facebook and Line. Staffs at VisaJob is proactively reaching out to companies for job posts. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions. Monthly fee will be JPY 1,100. There will be optional services available with additional fee and information will be provided upon the registration.

Weekly e-mail with job information: You will be receiving weekly e-mail about companies that will be sponsoring visa for their foreign employee. All companies accept candidates with limited Japanese proficiency. Even if you are in the process of learning Japanese, you can apply to us.

Interview with a company that you have chosen: Interview can be nervous. But, be properly prepared with clean suits and be on time. JobVisa can provide optional services such as translation, drafting CV, and etc for applicants who are not very confident about the process. Get your dream job with our optional services.

Once you receive the offer: Congratulation! Once you receive the job offer letter, you will need to apply for the visa. There are many different types of visa. We have an optional service that allows our certified administrative procedures specialist to create your visa documentation as well.

Visa approval (1 year, 3 years, 5 years) & Start your career: It takes about 2 weeks – 3 months for the immigration bureau of Japan to provide the result of your visa application. Once your via is approved, you are ready to start a new successful career of your life. It is always not easy to start a new life in a new location.
